My clinical supervision practice over the past 30 years is extensive and varied, including:

* Community Mental Health Agencies
* The Family Institute of Philadelphia, Director of the training program for 12 years and supervisor for 17 years
* Hahneman University, Masters in Family Therapy Program, off-site supervisor for 5 years
* University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Nursing, Advanced Psychiatric Nursing Program for 28 years (Award for Teaching Excellence, 2008, for my clinical teaching)
* My own private practice for 30 years

As an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor for over 20 years, I have mentored many candidates for graduate and post-graduate programs in achieving competencies needed for licensing, practice, and other credentialing. I have taught AAMFT-approved courses in supervision and have mentored candidates for the Approved Supervisor status.

As an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Organization (EMDRIA) Approved Consultant, I mentor therapists learning EMDR, candidates for EMDRIA Certification in EMDR, and candidates for EMDRIA Approved Consultant.

Teaching, mentoring, supervision, and consultation have been and continue to be activities of primary interest and important sources of joy in my practice.
